In a 230-square-meter space, our design transforms the challenges of a descending topography into an opportunity for a project that redefines modern living. The layout of the spaces aligns with the fluidity of a minimalist design, prioritizing the connection between the interior and the lush terrace.
Through large floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light floods the ground floor, creating harmony between the interior and exterior spaces. The material palette is characterized by cool tones and steel details, which accentuate the clean, contemporary aesthetic of the design, while the lattices on the upper floor ensure privacy without sacrificing light.
