We designed a 200 m² single-story residence, conceived for a comfortable and serene lifestyle. This home, ideal for an older couple, is characterized by its spaces bathed in natural light, thanks to a one-and-a-half-story ceiling that illuminates the heart of the house. Neutral finishes and the careful integration of vegetation create an atmosphere of peace and harmony.

On the ground floor, social life flows through a spacious living-dining room and a kitchen strategically located for generous ventilation. Privacy is found in the master suite, which features a spacious bathroom and direct access to a backyard, a true personal sanctuary.

The upper floor offers a versatile study that can double as a guest alcove, along with a secondary bedroom with its own bathroom. In addition, preparations have been made for a future roof garden, a perfect space to enjoy the views.

The material palette of warm tones and simple textures provides a sense of verticality and warmth, making this home an elegant and functional retreat.
